Bdtodays Desk: Information Minister and Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JASOD) President Hasanul Haq Inu told on Friday that the arrest warrant against the BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has been gone out in line with the directives by the court. The JASOD leader said that BNP chairperson should surrender before court.
“The arrest permit has been gone out against the BNP Chairperson as per the instruction of the court. No one is above the laws at all so the BNP leader should oblige the rule of the law and she should surrender before the court,” said the minister.
Inu said if Begum Zia belief in democracy then she will appear before the court. She is not above the law.
The Information minister also said regarding the Rohingya crisis. He said, “The international community has recognized the Rohingya crisis by holding repeated meetings of the UN Security Council.” The minister added the UN Security Council is going to meet in an emergency meeting on Rohingya crisis.
