Bdtodays Desk: Filmmaker Amitabh Reza Chowdhury is well known for his blockbuster Bangla movie ‘Aynabaji who is preparing for his new movie named ‘Rickshaw Girl’ and the movie is about to shoot from March next year.

The film is based on Mitali Perkins’ bestselling 2007 young adult novel that was chosen by the New York Public Library as one of the 100 great children’s books of the last 100 years.
“She is also a painter, so she tries rickshaw painting,” says Chowdhury. “I will explore rickshaw painting in Dhaka and the idea of rickshaw painting in general. I will also include some animation, so it will be fun.”
